At Tabitha's Balloon Bar, we ensure a seamless booking process for your event decor needs. Follow these simple steps to bring your vision to life.

  • How do I start the booking process?

    Begin by reaching out to us through our contact form or phone. Share your event details and decor preferences.

  • How Soon will I hear Back?

    Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-4pm


    During office hours, we guarantee a response within 1 hour. 


    Outside of office hours, our emails are periodically monitored remotely while we're on-site at installations. Please note that responses may be delayed until the next business day, unless your matter is urgent.

  • How will I receive a quote?

    Once we have your details, we will prepare a customized quote and send it to you via email for your review. 


    Sometimes our emails end up in the spam folder, the email will be coming from [email protected].

  • What happens after I approve the quote?

    Upon your approval, we will send you a contract to secure your booking.

    Payment options are all online (credit, debit, ACH, we also accept corporate checks).

  • When do I need to finalize my order?

    We recommend finalizing your order as soon as possible as we are booking new installations everyday. This will help ensure availability and timely preparation.
